Tailored Futures CIC- Reintegration support
Tailored Futures CIC provides free, reintegration support for people with convictions or experience of the criminal justice system. We support people on probation, leaving prison or living with a criminal record to access employment, education and training. Through our ReintegrateME platform, people can also access suitable jobs, training and opportunities from employers open to recruiting people with convictions. We provide one-to-one support with CVs, applications, interviews, confidence, skills and practical barriers to help people move forward.

Who can use this service?
Individuals aged 16+ in Epping Forest with a criminal record or experience of the criminal justice system who need support with employment, education, training, resettlement or moving forward.
How are services delivered?
Support is available face-to-face and remotely by phone, video call or online, depending on the individual’s needs and circumstances.
