Places Leisure Epping Forest - Fit Fellas
Places Leisure Epping Forest - Fit Fellas is an exercise class and safe space for boys aged 9-15 years to gain confidence and seek advice from exercise specialists. The class is male led and the boys get to choose the activities they do which include weightlifting, meditation and wellbeing classes. There are 30 free spaces available (eligibility criteria apply) or membership is £12.50 per month.
