Youth Unity CIC

Transition Forward is a 48-week preventative mentoring and wellbeing programme supporting 17–25 year olds across Epping Forest who may be isolated, anxious, inactive or disengaged from education, employment or support services. Delivered by Youth Unity CIC, the programme helps young people build confidence, resilience and healthier routines while improving progression into education, training and employment. It also provides early intervention support that reduces pressure on NHS and statutory mental services.
