EFDC: Estate Management
The Estates team deal with estate inspections, estate enhancements, clearance of communal areas following fire risk assessments, and the use or misuse of the council’s housing land. We also deal with covenant consent applications, housing land sales, issues with communal gardens, internal communal areas, housing greens. and anything associated with Housing communal areas. The Caretaking team deal with cleaning of communal areas (if included in service charges).
