Big Sister is a project made by girls for girls, creating a safe and empowering space for girls to exercise, without fear of judgement and breaking down the barriers that puberty can cause. Free or discounted membership at Places Leisure Centre in Epping for girls age 9-15.

What’s included:
- Unlimited gym use during Junior Gym hours, plus a gym induction (11-15 year olds)
- Unlimited swimming
- Age-appropriate classes including We Move classes
- Free access to Places Leisure App and Virtual Studio which includes a Big Sister channel
Please be aware that your parent/guardian must attend site for your initial signing up process. Free membership for girls who meet eligibility criteria (in receipt of any benefits), 50% discount for all other girls. Find out more HERE

Girls aged 9-15 in the Epping Forest area who meet eligibility criteria.
How are services delivered?
Face-to-face at the Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre.
