Affordable Counselling Epping Forest
We aim to provide a safe, confidential space for us to explore relevant issues with you, Our counsellors are fully qualified and work in accordance with the Ethical Code of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Counselling is based on listening and helping people see their situation more clearly, enabling them to make good decisions in life. We offer up to eight weekly sessions, the first of which is an assessment. We ask for a donation towards the counselling of a minimum of £5 per sesson if unemployed.

At present we offer counselling in four centres: Chigwell, Waltham Abbey and Loughton in the daytime and Epping in the evening. We only accept self referals
Who can use this service?
We can only offer you counselling if you are over 18 and live within Epping Forest District Council boundaries.
