ECL Loughton Older People Day Centre offers a friendly, social environment where older people can come to meet others and take part in a range of daytime activities, offering respite for carers and reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation. Our experienced team provide specialist dementia day care and support for those with learning disabilities and additional health needs to enhance and maintain our customers independence, wellbeing and relationships, enabling them to live a life that is as fulfilled as possible. There is a charge for this service.

We offer a wide range of activities that encourage independence, choice, social stimulation and reminiscence. These include chair-fit, arts & crafts, pub quizzes, meals at local restaurants, baking, music clubs, shopping trips, gardening and garden centre trips and much more. 

Our friendly and well-trained staff team will work with you to identify your goals and put together a tailored plan unique to you, by assessing the level of support you need. Sessional prices will be based on these recommendations, along with how many sessions you would like to attend.
