Digital Skills Support
Visit our drop-in centres in Epping and Chigwell for FREE help, support, and advice from friendly and experienced staff to help you improve your digital skills. Get support with: • Zoom • Banking • Social Media • Health Appointments • Online Shopping • Completing Online Forms. If you are not able to visit us, we can provide support over the phone or arrange a home visit.
There is a drop-in services available in Epping and we are hoping to have other centres set up in different towns and villages of the Epping Forest district in 2023.

This service is open to anyone who wants to improve their level of digital skills to enable them to use technology and access online services.
