Buddy Up Project (Epping Forest)
The Buddy Up Project supports adults 18+ with autism, learning disabilities or both into community based activities by connecting them with buddies in the community. The individual can choose any activity they want to access, such as exercise or going for a coffee. The Buddy Up Project helps to reduce social isolation and increase confidence.
Who can use this service?
Adults 18+ with autism, learning disabilities or both living or attending a GP surgery in West Essex.
How are services delivered?
This service will be delivered face to face. The community activities will take place locally in the community, unless specifically requested.
