Further info

People can be referred by calling 111 (option 2). We have hubs in various locations within West Essex. Harlow is open every day, Dunmow on Tuesdays, Saffron Walden on Friday's, and Epping on Saturday. You will be supported by friendly and caring staff, who you can talk to about what's troubling you, help you identifying any stressors or triggers, work on coping strategies and techniques, build on support networks, and develop a persoanlised wellness action plan to help stop a crisis happening again.

We can only accept people who have been referred into the service, there is no self referral or drop-in.

We are unable to support you if your life is at risk now - if you are in an emergency situation please call 999

You can also use The Stay Alive app, developed by Grassroots Suicide Prevention. It is a suicide prevention resource for the UK, packed full of useful information and tools to help you stay safe in crisis. You can use it if you are having thoughts of suicide or if you are concerned about someone else who may be considering suicide.
