EFDC: Tenancy and Estate Management
We deal with - Estate inspections, clearance of communal areas following fire risk assessments, estate enhancements, the use or misuse of the council’s housing land, tenancy sustainment, tenancy breaches, tenancy succession, tenancy audits and changes to tenancies.

Residents of Epping Forest District. This is a free service.
How are services delivered?
By visits to tenant's homes and Council owned estates. Phone calls and emails.
