ECL Loughton Hub

Our service provides support for adults with a learning disability and/or physical disability aged 18 plus. We aim to empower and encourage people to be independent in making choices of activities within the service and attend groups in the local community. We work in a person-centred way and tailor our support to benefit individuals.
