Grant A Smile is a social enterprise that supports families living with chronic, mental or terminal health conditions and as a result, have trouble keeping their houses clean and organised. We support social services in order to keep families together by assisting them in cleaning and restoring their houses, so they may concentrate on their recovery and become less reliant on others. Our support is free or subsidised pending if the service user meets our criteria. Contact us to find out.

This is a free service for the people of Loughton who have the following criteria: Live within the Loughton catchment area; live with young children below the ages of 11; and show evidence of chronic, mental or terminal health conditions.

Who can use this service?
Anyone who has neglected their home as a result of a mental health breakdown, chronic health conditions, loss, abuse, domestic violence, terminal health conditions, neuro-diverse conditions, social anxiety or loneliness.
How are services delivered?
We ask for photos or videos to assess what needs to be done so we can plan the best way to tackle the job. We then agree on the services that would help you the most, as well as the days and times most convenient for you. We will quote a fee for our service if you do not meet our free service criteria.
