EFDC: Benefits Division

Benefit Advice for residents in Epping Forest on low incomes. Our main office is in the Civic Offices, High Street Epping. We have a Community Hub for all Epping Forest residents at the Civic Offices Epping every Thursday between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. In addition to this we run a Community HUB at the Waltham Abbey Leisure centre every Tuesday between 9.30 am - 12.30 pm. No appointments are necessary.

Epping Forest Residents on low incomes.

How are services delivered?

All our services can now be accessed on-line. Those who are unable to use on-line services can be seen face to face at one of our HUBS, or can contact us via the telephone, home visits can also be made to those who are unable to get out.
