EFDC: Private Sector Housing
We help people who have concerns about the condition of their home, which is affecting their health and safety (e.g. poor heating, damp and mould, disrepair, overcrowding). We can also help tenants who rent their homes and are experiencing harassment or illegal eviction by their landlords.

All residents living in the Epping Forest District.
How are services delivered?
We give advice over the phone and visit people in their own homes. Where necessary, we will take enforcement action against a landlord.
