ACL: Adult Learning
ACL (part of Essex County Council) offers a wide range of daytime and evening adult learning courses to help you with your health and wellbeing, improve your job prospects, learn a new skill, or simply inspire you. Our ACL Harlow Centre also offers FREE Mental Health Wellbeing and Recovery courses.

Who can use this service?
How are services delivered?
Those who are 19 and over. Some courses are FREE, and others do have a charge; however funding and financial support are available, depending upon your circumstances.
Our courses are delivered in safe and supportive classrooms with specialist tutors.
