Citizens Advice - Epping Forest

We offer free, impartial, confidential advice on a wide range of subjects and issues that help you find a way forward to live life well. We also raise awareness with local decision-makers about the issues that are affecting the people in our community, so your voices are heard by those who can bring about lasting change. Please note our operational hours are Tuesday to Thursday only, 9.00 am - 4.30 pm.

Due to exceptional demand, the current response time is 10 working days.  Once a referral has been received and acknowledged, we will attempt to contact the client twice.  We will close the referral if all attempts to contact the client are unsuccessful.  If the client still requires assistance after this time, please either re-refer or direct the client to Adviceline 0808 278 7855, which operates Tuesday to Thursday 0930 - 1430. The advice we offer is accredited under the Advice Quality Standard, which means we are a service you can rely on and trust to help you solve the big and the small issues that affect your day-to-day life
