Citizens Advice - Epping Forest

We offer free, impartial, confidential advice on a wide range of subjects and issues that help you find a way forward to live life well. We also raise awareness among local decision-makers about the issues affecting our community, so that your voices are heard by those who can bring about lasting change. Please note that our operational hours are Tuesday to Thursday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Not sure what your client is entitled to? Drop in support (Triaging your needs): Citizens Advice are available every Tuesday, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, at Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre, Ninefields Estate, Waltham Abbey, EN9 3EL and every Thursday, 10 am - 2.00 pm, at Epping Community Hub, Civic Offices, 323 High Street, Epping, CM16 4BZ

Who can use this service?

The service is free and open to anyone who lives or works in the Epping Forest District.

How are services delivered?

Our services are delivered by telephone, in person at our outreaches and by email.

If you prefer not to leave a voicemail, you can contact us by email at epping.org.uk/help. We will respond as soon as possible, but please note that during particularly busy periods, this may take up to 10 days.
